why is your config set to hip - default ,and ads - off ? when you switch to ads, it have an acceleration jump?! i guarantee it does have. seems crazy to me.

Absolutely right saying its not just a config. Its so much in understanding the game. where to move. when to push. shooting someone with great aim isnt main aspect. I personally started with counter strike then moved to ps4 battlefield games. its day and night. and then call of duty . its completely different, fast paced game etc. some other configs might not help you at all. its how you practise in understanding how game works. Having a high ground privillege for example. playing on sound all the time.

I only just saw this but no, because off sync requires a higher sensitivity value thereís no jump as it is (for a wrist aimer) still quite low, I just feel it cuts the aim assist better, I will try playing with default sync, I canít actually remember why it was like that, I think I just didnít realise and then I liked it and kept it.

It registered as a controller, donít worry.

But yeah, not a lot of people do it, some people donít really care that much. Some people isutvhave a more casual playstyle, this could be affected by who you play with.

Before I got good at cod I just played with friends, I then joined a pub stomping team and literally instantly improved, just playing domination and demolition.

My playstyle was still quite casual but I had that pub stomping mentality until I joined a comp team, then I realise how tactical I could play and how much playing with a team of people who want to win instead of get kills helped.

I could sit down and have painfully long conversations on how you can improve and how certain things can help improvement in different ways, all from experience but I donít know if anyoneís really interested in that haha.

@JDM Yeah i am definitely the reason why i suck. Itís my decision making, the way i play etc. thatís keeping me from being good. XIM can help you aim better but it wonít give you the smarts or brains you need in order to be good

A little correction , the Xim doesn't help you aim better, it help you aim with a different input device.

And in conclusion, youíll aim better lol.

The xim doesnít make you a better player but it does make aiming easier, mouse > analog.

I still think itís great to do to improve your aim and reaction speed. Decision making is something that youíll just have to learn but with soo many enemyís around you, even if they are bots, youíll learn to work on your positioning and using crouch, jump & peak more during gunfights.

Itís something Iíll always use to adjust my settings if my aim feels off, try new class setups and just get into my zone tbh.

My config for MP is the same as warzone.

I still havenít played too much but games that I do play, if I have decent teammates or I just get a good start, Iíll average 8-11+  kills

Settings have changes a little

3200dpi

500hz polling rate

HIP , Default Sync - 31.50 - (1 smoothing)

ADS, Sync Off - 33 - (4 smoothing)

ADS Delay - 15

I game settings maxed

ADS Multiplayer Zoom Low - 1.35

ADS MULTIPLAYER zoom High - 1.60

Standard Curve

Standard Aim Assist

7
And then the switch from anything to Azeron

From personal experience, the rival 600 was amazing after moving from the G502.

The mouse is soo smooth, itís lighter and it honestly does make you feel more accurate, Iíve moved to a Zowie FK2 now but I may buy another rival 600.

My thing is my hands are quite large, 8inches long or above, the buttons on the side did feel a little too far at first but I quickly got used to it and the mouse was just amazing.

What some people donít realise is the mouse has enough buttons to be used to something such as a Sony Navigation joycon (thatís what I used at the time) but all in all, if you have the opportunity to try out the 600 or 650 after using a G502, Iíd highly recommend it.

They are probably arm players, if you rely mostly on your wrist to look around and aim, youíll play on a much higher sensitivity.

10
Try playing on a lower DPI such as 3200, I used to always play high dpi due to being a high sens player but 3200 feels great.

11
I often practise against bots in FFA except I set the radar to always on, I guess this defeats the purpose of training the reaction time as I know where they are..

Yeah nah I think it works either way but I kinda prefer without.

12
Go into a private game with bots and just find something that works, excuse all the curves and use standard in game curves and aim assist.

I played this game release day and just didnít really like it but I decided to use curves and change a load of settings, I gave it another try a couple days ago without curves and Iím having a lot of fun and feel way more consistent.

What I use -

3200 Dpi
500hz polling rate

31.50 Hip - Default Sync

38.50 ADS - Sync OFF!!!

15ms ads delay (to be snappy) I see people using things such as 224ms but theyíre usually arm  players who wonít have as fast reaction speeds. Iím a wrist player and play high sens player and I need my sensitivity to slow down faster when I snap onto targets.

 In-game max all sens
Zoom sensitivityís are both on 1.40

I posted this as a comment in another post but I feel it will help a lot of people, especially those new to Xim + those looking for setups.

For all of you reading this and commenting, if youíre having issues with your aim + reaction speed, please please please, if you play Call of Duty (you can possible do this in other games do this  -

Step One - Go into a Private Game

Step Two - Set  up a FFA with 11 Bots on the Map King. Max time and Max Points

Step Three - Start and kill all bots as fast as you can, do this up to around 300-400 kills and you will notice yourself killing the bots faster and dying less between streaks.

Benefits -

Youíll learn the spawns of the bots so youíll know where to snap onto them, making it easier for you to practice your aim aswell instead of just reaction time.

You can use this to try different class setups and find what works well for you as you can customise your load out In-game.

Your reaction time will decrease as youíll be needing to kill enemies very fasts time stay alive.

Your accuracy will increase as youíll need to be accurate to kill the enemyís fast.

You can do this all without interruption of needing to respawn  into a different match, wait to be revived, or any other issues youíll find in public matches.

Youíll also become more confident as even playing against bots, when you get crazy streaks where your aim and reaction speed goes crazy, you really do get a good confidence boost which converts  over to multiplayer / public matches when you seethe practice coming into play.

Personal experience -

I know this will help. Especially with the fact Iíve literally only started playing this game 2 days ago ( Modern Warfare ) played my first game of trio with a party of people I know and dropped 12k (died because my whole team did haha, it does really help.

It helped me find what I felt comfortable using (guns) and helped my aim which I still feel needs working on but will come with confidence aswell.

Hope this helps :)

Nice! Thanks, I'll give this a try

Depending on your Liu se and what feels comfortable, Iíd recommend either switching the mouse back and forward (R1 and Crouch) it just out crouch onto the Azeron somewhere, just so you can focus your right hand on aiming mostly.

It wonít be the biggest thing but it could help a little.

I have swapped my mouse back and forward, trying to get used to it now👍🏽
