However, what would happen if you are recruiting experienced people there job is only to retrain new STs? It would more better rather than waiting mist for a one or more. Some ximmers bought xim for a specific game. I didn’t open my console the paladins update and I’m waiting mist to retrain the ST! What if we have a team there job is to retrain the STs? The retraining process would have been done over for a week. Instead of waiting mist for 10 days.

I do not profess to understand the business side of things but common sense would suggest that if you had a team working on ST's Then you would be paying more than £100 for a xim apex . Who wouldn't want a team of people working in every department?
I get your frustration and I do think there should be a rolling program where by smart translators are looked at again for all games to ensure we have the best possible experience.

Anyway, my piont is I expect to get a good customer service when I bought the XIM.
Since retraining take almost 24 hours then waiting more than 3 days for the new ST is a disaster for me.
One man (mist) can’t handle all this work.
In my opinion, ST must be retrained immediately after aim mechanics change.
