Use Sync Off and XIM APEX Response Rate of 250Hz.

XIM APEX works with a DualShock 4 on PC. Note however that PC is not a supported platform for APEX -
it works by coincidence, not design.

Are people using 250hz response rate on all platforms or just PC?

Hi guys help ME please ! xim apex don't working with xbox series x ! Xbox Series X Has the latest update and xim apex has the latest Beta and the manager also has the latest Beta above. Help me what the problem might be because I just don't understand how it worked perfectly well with the PlayStation 5 ! It doesn't work when it should work best. Don't working with my keyboard, see in the manager but nothing and can't detect series x controller with usb c cable plug in. I don't know what the problem may be because the PlayStation 5 detected everything ............ please help because this way i absolutely can't play since i'm paralyzed and i need this converter to be able to play.

Do you have access to an Xbox One controller? You could try that over the controller that comes with the Series X. Though I am playing on a Series X with this firmware and manager without issues.

I haven't played in a while and noticed it's way more difficult to make use micro movements because the crosshair gets floaty. Is this something that has been discussed previously and people have created a curve for?

I was always thinking a XIM controller. Maybe one that works on both consoles and has a higher stick resolution similar to the Series X/One Controller.

I've used both a red Nacon Compact and black Nacon Compact and can confirm they both worked.

Edit: I solved this issue. This firmware is working fine for me with Nacon Compact

Can anyone confirm if push to talk works on PS5 with the Nacon Compact Wired? Does audio currently work when plugging a headset into the Nacon while it's passing through the Apex?

Is there a difference between 3rd party PlayStation 4 controllers that just work and don't work? I ask because if I wanted to find a controller that's not confirmed working so far in the list, is there something that helps identify those that are likely to work?

i.e. Does an officially licensed 3rd party PS4 controller advertise it as officially licensed?

I haven't been keeping too up to date but I'm wondering, I noticed a lot of the third party PS4 controller don't have a port for a headset/microphone. Is in game chat just a feature that will have to be skipped this generation?

Yes they will ban XIM users and you will be sent to Ubisoft jail. Same as last year and the year before that.

I got to be entirely honest. Apex as it currently is feels great and I'm not sure what people are having issues with.

If an update is made, I really hope it's an alternate/optional ST that's standalone from the current one.

Not on PS4. Almost everyone here is using the Xbox ST on both consoles and a few are using the TF2 one. What about you?

Ah okay. I haven't played Apex on PS4 in like a year. Been using the Xbox ST so that's probably why I haven't noticed any change.

Has nothing to do with XIM and everything to do with the game engine. If you plug in a controller without a XIM with uncapped FPS you will experience the same sensitivity slow down.

After countless hours of testing I came to the conclusion that shooters felt better on Xbox compared to PS4 before I even knew of the stick resolution difference.

Definitely going Xbox Series X this gen.
