that's the problem both seem to feel right sometimes it's on 4k other times on 12k, this really @#$% me up man ^^
what I do now is making 2 fortnite profiles 4k and 12k dpi
and adjust on both profiles the hip and ads sens to a value where both profiles end up in the same in-game crosshair travel at the same mouse movement in cm(german inch).
for example
4k dpi
HIP Sens: 12 = 180° turn IN 15cm mouse move
ADS Sens: 6 = Point-Point IN 10cm mouse move
12k dpi
HIP Sens: 4 = 180° turn IN 15cm mouse move
ADS Sens: 2 = Point-Point IN 10cm mouse move
** 180° turn = measured by building a wall behind and in front of the character and adjusting the dpi to have same cm mouse move on both profiles while turning 180°
* Point-Point = measured by painting a dot on the monitor on the actual crosshair position and 2cm left of it. then adjusting the dpi to match mouse movement same cm on both profiles while aiming point to point (4k and 12k)
this way I can on-the-fly switch between 4k and 12k and test the feeling by having the absolute same effective in-game sens.
This should work out as aspected or is this test completely dump?
**edit**
well yes.. its dump xD
I don't need to find out ads by testing it, I can just use the hip sens and divide it by 2 or 3 *ding ding*
I will keep the text like it is so people have something to smile about xD
**edit2**
BTW what do you think is a good cm/inch value for a 180° turn? should I go for more or less then 15cm/6inch?
and why the heck ppl talk about there 360° = X inch, what game scenario needs a 360° turn?
