The Halo 5 ST just feels sluggish. I don't know if it is the game or my mouse. Same goes for Black Ops 3.

I also want to know what would the default xim 4 sensitivity be for a mouse at 2400 dpi

Check the Additional Game Setup thread for Halo 5 specific info and ensure in-game sensitivity in set to max.

2400 DPI should run around 50-60 HIP and 35-40 ADS. Start there and tweak to suit.

Thanks

I prefer playing on 1k hz, it feels the smoothest. Since this is on XIM 125hz should be fine. I did notice when I would drop to 500hz to try out, I would have to increase my xim sensitivity. It felt either slower or less responsive.

Your in game sensitivities are at max? Just had to ask.

Yes

It really just depends on the mouse. Some mouse sensors do better at some polling rates compared to others.

2400dpi @125Hz is likely fine, but, what sorts of issues are you experiencing and what games are you playing?

Does the polling rate on the mouse really matter? I tested this mouse http://amzn.to/2afqueE and the polling rate  is 125hz so is that bad? I noticed that i cannot get comfortable with any game on the xim 4 so should i get a better mouse. FYI i play at 2400 dpi
