It actually worked pretty good, all things considered, still wouldn't recommend it over the xim's st though, just a fun way to waste time.  That game is a beast to get right, tried so many different settings, dpi and updaterates and at the end of the day, it was only consistent half the time, other half was a unmitigated disaster, only viable for the likes of dva, and soldier 76 if u have a burst script.  Had no idea sandhawc existed, only just remembered my password to this place yesterday lol, I'll have to check it out tho, thanks for the heads up.

Configurations and Requests / Overwatch Config

Well, I got bored and hatched an idea, how about I take advantage of the xim4's controller crossover support and use my xim2 on the xbox one, as I hate crawling under my desk to unplug my m+kb for the xim4 just to play a couple rounds of Overwatch or Halo.  So I did that and came up with a config for Overwatch.(I mainly play the pc version, but my xbone was collecting dust so I got Overwatch for it)

Here it is:
DZ on xim4: 0
UR: 144
DZ: 6000
Type: Circular
Sensitivity: 3000
DD: 0.75
TransExp: 0.35
XY: 1
Smoothness: 0

Mouse: Logitech G502 Proteus Core
1000 HZ polling rate
2400 DPI

Yeah, i never actually checked the deadzone, using a lower deadzone seemed to help with sniping for me as the reticule was less spazzy.  I guess i was just happy the same settings i used for h3 and reach worked and was too lazy to deviate.

I used the same config I used for Halo 3(square DZ) and Reach.  And It feels spot on to me, the game has very responsive controls compared to previous Halo games.

Sensitivity: 5250
Deadzone: Circular 8729
Diagonal Dampen: 0.2
Ratio: 2
UpdateRate: 75
Smoothness: 0
Translation Exponent: 0.35

I use a Steel Series Sensei(1000hz) at 2000 DPI for this config

Apparently my account is over 4 years old  :o my presence here is a direct correlation with new halo releases lol

My TV never leaves gamemode unless im watching a movie, I dont notice the same amount delay with my ps3 via hdmi, both pass through the same receiver and if I google "xbox hdmi lag" I can see that im not the only one who notices it.  Its very minor and is not noticeable in other genres of games, but whatever amount of delay is there, its throwing off my game.  Not a fault of the XIM3, just the way the xbox handles hdmi, maybe setting it to 720p may help, but for now, im enjoying fiddling around with configs on my monitor.

I'll get a config up on launch day.

I just went back to my XIM2 today, it just feels more responsive to me and oddly enough, creates less clutter than a full xim 3 setup for me(hdmi on 360 gives serious input lag, so i use vga on my pc monitor because my sexy plasma lacks a vga input).

Probably the coolest controller ever, got it for free with my Force Feedback 2 joystick.  I plug it into my XIM3 only to find that it in fact does not work(or maybe it does and im doing something wrong).

Edit: I will give it another shot later along with the FF2 joystick to confirm if they work or not.

seems to feel alot more consistent and accurate over the original ST
