im trying to update my xim4 to latest firmware and I am on windows 10. I  connect with the xim4 manager and my xim4 with no issues but when i try to use the XIM4Flash to update firmware it keeps saying failure connecting with xim 4.  Any ideas?

I check about 1 every 2 -3 days but i have my email on notification which i check everyday... Man this release is really taking long though :\
