Title: Bluetooth won’t connect

I’ve had my apex almost 2 years now. I’ve always had minor problems. Now I have a big one. It connects to the Xbox and works fine on my 1st setting. I just can’t connect with my cell phone or Tablet. Phone is Apple Tablet is Samsung. I’ve redownloaded the app and everything. I’m am very frustrated at this point. Please help me.
