I have a hard time connecting to my xim manager, sometimes restarting my phone solves this issue. My phone is a Xiaomi redmi note 5. Ive never had Any issues sinds 1.5 weeks ago.

Has anything changed in your hardware setup or home between now and then? A smart watch or other bluetooth device could cause this problem. I would also try closing Manager each time you're finished using it, connection hiccups like this can happen with some devices if it's left open from it's last use.
