Title: [Q/A] Can't Download XIM Manager/Flash Tool/Firmware

Just as the title states. Tried every suggested internet remedy (i.e right click the download link > "Open link in new tab". Nothing.

i have a Windows 10 PC and I'm trying to upgrade a XIM Apex.

Original reason why I got into this updating issue was because the Apex wouldn't establish a connection with my Android phone when connected to a PS3.

Welcome to the community. Try right clicking on the link and using Save As.
