I ordered a XIM last week ran through a billion trouble shooting issues and still does not work. I ask in here about a refund. Emailed about it was asked for order number and have not heard anything back.

Did you reply with your order number between Friday and today? If so I would expect to hear from someone by tomorrow. If you do not have anything in your spam or junk mail by tomorrow please share your ticket number from the email here.

Looking at your support topic, the issue may just be the hub. Would it be possible for you to plug the hub into your PC by itself and plug your mouse into the hub into each port and see if it's working? If not, we can certainly get that fixed.

I have already done that. I used 2 different mouses and keyboards along with a head on my pc and still doesn’t work.

Yes, I gave them my order number and heard nothing back. I prefer a refund at this point.

So your mouse and keyboard work if you connect the XIM Hub to the PC (with your mouse and keyboard connected to the XIM Hub)?

Nothing works on Xbox or pc, none of the hubs appear to work and I have the most current version.

Ok, you are saying you tried other hubs with your XIM? If the hub that came with your XIM APEX doesn't work on a PC, then, the problem is the hub and we can replace that.

It would also help to know if you were you plug your controller directly into your XIM APEX (no hub) and plug your XIM APEX into your console, do you see your XIM APEX flash green quickly (i.e. "initialization" lights) after it's start up rainbow sequence?

I would rather just get a refund, to many hoops to jump through, still no reply on my order.

I do not have a wired controller either, only elites.

Sorry, by wired we mean connecting using a USB cable to your controller. I'll follow up on the CRM process.
