People are reporting that the issue they are experiencing is with the transition between Hip and ADS. Is that the problem you are hitting?

If so ADS delay of 360-370 MS is good.

I've been seeing people saying that a deactivation delay is necessary too. We definitely want to know if that's true since we will want to update the game settings page with information like that.

The same issue was present before the official st came out and with the first mw st too, I'm assuming people are only just noticing it now somehow, I've sunk nearly 3 days gameplay into me since release and it honestly doesn't bother me, the new 2.0 st feels 10x better to me than the previous one did so I really don't understand what everyone is saying, it's the game causing this issue not the st.

Thanks for the feedback. It sounds like there is an issue with Hip/ADS transitioning in the game itself. Hopefully we can learn more about it and how to mitigate so we can share that info with others via our game settings page.

Its the same with native kb&m through ps4 too, it's just the game, I've tried a deactivation delay too but it's still present just not as bad, I think it will just be something players will have to get use to.

What exactly is happening? Is there a jump between Hip and ADS?

Basically as soon as you let go of your ads button there's a brief moment your sensitivity feels higher almost like acceleration, happens both with nav and mouse for ads, thats on hold to ads not sure about toggle, yet to try that.

Thanks. Ok, it does sound like there is now a deactivation delay. The game's ADS aim is remaining active after you deactivate it. This is where the jump sounds like is coming from. It makes sense people are saying it's worse now with the 2x ADS ST since the 1x simply has a lower maximum speed so you'd feel it less.

Have you tried adding a deactivation delay?

Briefly yes but I didn't really tweak it to find the right timing for it, this issue really doesn't bother me much so I just went without it!

Yea something definitely feels off with the new ST. The deactivation delay doesn't seem to helping any.

What values did you try for deactivation delay?

What values did you try for deactivation delay?

Tried everything from 200, 300, 600, 700, 1000 ms

I'll be honest I'm not quite sure if I was doing it right since I've never used the deactivation delay before.

My ST was pretty much standard. 22 Hip, 15 ADS, 4000 DPI on my mouse (felt the best imo), no curve, everything else default values except for the button remaps.  Settings in game were as the configuration guide says (Insane 20 H/V Sens., Low/High Zoom Multi 2.0, Standard Aim response curve)

I had to go back to the profile with the original ST since I kept that thankfully.
