Title: [Q/A] XIM is broken

Hello,

My name is Cody and I am new to the XIM community.  I just recently got an Apex a little over a month ago and I currently have a major issue with it.  My brother seems to have yanked on one of my devices plugged into the USB hub and it bent my Apex in a way that it snapped the USB off in the Xbox.  Is there a way for me to get a replacement through a warranty or other means?
