@#$% that dude is lighting kids up lol. He is using a XIM?

Not sure if he is using a xim or not but in one of his other videos he has a video of him practicing his mouse skills using aimbooster so I think he may be on PC or perhaps maybe an Apex afterall , but nonethless his snap aim is on point.   :o

Other than this guy's uncanny ability to swap and lock onto targets so quickly, the thing that stands out is he's aiming for centre of mass the whole time. I need to stop going for headshots  :o

If it's on PC, I'd be thinking aimbot too - snapping is so fast and crisp.

Lots of ducking and duck-jumping going on too, which makes this look suspicious.

But, he may just be that good...

Sorry but this is 100% aim bot. And I dont know how its going on undetected regardless of PC or CONSOLE, this is absolutely crazy.

It's a montage guys ;D... Relax.  Not like he consistently hits those shots.
You can check his stats here. Pretty average imo.

thats the best tracking i have seen on a console so far, thats absolutly insane
also on first sight it looks legit to me, the aim is not clean enough for an aimbot, plus an aimbooster score of 3:44 is totally crazy

he/she is using a xim4 (or nowadays probably apex): https://twitter.com/matutaiki01/status/914391803708633088

Instant snap and no overshoot.

In some of the videos  you can see me doing similar but with a smg so theres a lot more recoil and also on FFA so less opportunities to do so.

Not that hard on this game but hes definitely perfected it with his settings.

Ah no worries... so I just tried this config out (the one you posted). At 3200dpi, that @#$% is INSANE. No way in hell a human can control that haha

I tried it on 800dpi as well cuz I think one of his videos said 800dpi, and it's much more manageable. Interesting he uses 1.23 for his Y/X Ratio. Just won a Blackout match with those setting, however... Just need to bump up the HIP as that's way too low for me at 800dpi

Double check your dpi settings.  I just tested it and it feels normal to me (20cm/360)  at 3200 dpi

His 800 DPI setup is 1.84 Hip 1.00 XY , 0.78 ADS 1.23 XY , Default sync on both ,
This curve on both

Yup, I was doing 3200dpi on 500hz, for some odd reason it was going ape @#$%. Switched G502 and APEX back to 1000hz and 3200dpi feels pretty solid. Very interesting curve on HIP.

He isn't cheating, he just recorded the clips in the theater mode.
Theater mode server tickrate is extremly low (only around 5hz), so they never represent the actual gameplay at all. Therefore everything looks linear and robotic.

I mean its clearly an aimbot....

Always same spot shot at, it never deviates on any kill.

Instant snap and no overshoot.

In some of the videos  you can see me doing similar but with a smg so theres a lot more recoil and also on FFA so less opportunities to do so.

Not that hard on this game but hes definitely perfected it with his settings.

Let's see them videos!

At about the 4:20 mark is where you see it, this was one of the first games with my old ST which I might go back and try out again because I loved the little Aim Assist zippy feel it gave, just after changing to another curve made it feel way to quick, might try and edit it a little because I did really like it.

This was also when I was playing on a 1-4max megabytes download speed and you can see how horrible the hit detection was, its still pretty bad but nowhere near this level.

Throughout the whole game you kinda see the quick reactions, I think its all about reaction speed and momentary planning I guess you can call it, I just kinda liked how I got the kills at the end lol.

The videos also seemed to get a load of dislikes because at the time, I didnt upload the settings due to the fact I wasnt ready to and thought I may tweak them.

Youll see a decent amount of jitter, this is literally just because I play with the mouse pad on my lap. The mouse pad also bends > Logitech G440

Also
The playback speed isn't realtime, I guess he sped up the clips to at least 120% (look at the fast animations of the hud elements)

Nevertheless a very nice montage !

https://youtu.be/vYgznHhxpao

Funny thing I find about this video, after about a week or so of BO4 release, I had a friend who was just getting the game and I told him 1 gamechanging tip ( which I didnt do but could just tell it worked because how dumb this game is ) span the jump button while youre in a gunfight, youll win everytime 😂

This guy has really good game but this game really does just reward bs, if youre jot using that last SMG, the spitfire or an ICR and youre playing against players whore, you never be able to do your best, gun balancing with the trash servers ruin this game.

Bad servers, stupid aimbot ( aim assist ) with people who will only run the highest tire rate guns = bad game

If not, theyre running round with snipers, Miss your first shot, run behind cover, youre guaranteed to have your next shot lined up.

Just give us good servers at the least.

Well i guess it must be theatre mode that makes it appear this way (cheating). I might have to look back at some of mine and see if also look like a robot.

I also have a far better KD than him (not that that means much) and feel like i basically never miss but his montage makes his aim look insane.

Whats this aimboost score thing about, wouldnt mind trying that. Cheers.

He's a robot! His accuracy is amazing. Wish I had reaction speed like that.

Looks like an extreme version of my old shotgun curve for Destiny. Doesn't surprise me that he cuts through AA with that! Definitely a hard one to master though, kudos to him if that's legit. Those settings would give you more of a PC feel IMO, less AA. I wonder if he plays with AA off as well? Although some would say, you could crank your sensitivity up and achieve the same thing. IMO, it feels different. Which is why I used such a curve with Destiny Shotguns on XIM4.

Its the curve hes using. I think it was mjframe who made a similar curve.

It's not the curve, or at least, the curve only allows him to do what he can do. His reaction speed and accuracy are not down to any curve.

I meant the curve he uses artificially? increases his sensitivity

Its definitely not the curve, I can play ( with my little time played ) similar with 2 completely different feeling curves, its simply dexterity and reaction speed, also like I said, good planning.

I mean planning because if he didnt choose when and which enemies to shoot at specific times, hes definitely die faster, also playing with a good team who seem to be able to distract enemies and not hide in corners.

Good lord I am not saying the curve is the reason for his gameplay. Its the reason his sensativity in his xim manager is so low.

Going to play with his config all day today, about to start my session. I tried it out last night a bit before bed and was snapping. I don't think it's nearly as good as RML's config, but that could be due to the fact I've had way more practice and time with RML. I'll let you guys know how the Blackout session goes, maybe I'll throw in a little bit of multiplayer as well

This guys setup is definitely catering to Multi and not Blackout. If I were to describe his settings in one word, it would be "Amped!" He's trying to setup his XIM to allow him maximum Twitch type behavior. I'm sure he is a VERY GOOD quick, twitch aiming PC player. He's trying to simulate that with XIM. That's something that's only really useful for chaos in multiplayer. Taking this to Blackout is like taking my 3 year old grandson to play bingo with Grandma tonight!

My Grandma, not his!  :P

I use xim on ps4 and BO4 and have a way higher kd than him. Maybe I need to post some of my vids 😅

K.d alone isnt everything.
The ones that you gotta watch out for are the people with a 2.0kd and a 700+SPM thats nasty

These are mjfame's kooky settings, which are intended for 800DPI.

We dismissed this curve as nothing more than a sensitivity multiplier, as confirmed by OBsIV. However, it may have some value for snapping onto target, so it's worth testing for that.

If the curve does nothing for snapping, ignore the settings - it's just proof that we can adapt to anything.

What can't be changed is our fine motor control and reaction speed and this dude may have won the genetic lottery. However, theatre mode plus increased playback speed is the better explanation given the KD ratio, so I'm gonna go with clickbait.

Been playing with this config all morning on Blackout. It's pretty solid, but I've found that I've needed to add some smoothing and boost to the ADS. Still not as good as RML imho

this ximmer has put hours over hours into aim booster, you can use 1:1 the same xim settings but if you cannot reach similar results on aimbooster then you will not see the same ingame results
after all those are highlights and not regular gameplay

summary: spend some time with aimbooster to increase your muscle memory and accuracy
(try to use the same mouse sensitivity that you use ingame)

I'm sure this question has already been answered, but is there a way to convert XIM DPI + Sensitivity(HIP + ADS) to a more realistic PC DPI? for example, I play on 12k DPI on XIM, obviously not going to be playing with that on PC. Does this make sense?

There is blackout videos on his YouTube channel made within the same month of the video linked by op and they aren't bad either.. 28 kills for one and 24 kills for the other blackout video.

Not sure if he is using the same setting because he doesn't share what he's using on either of the videos.

His settings would be pretty difficult to get used to in the Blackout environment. Well I guess if you want to play quads or something and run around taking on teams with your twitch aiming that could work. Lol

I would never use something like this for long range sniping though, was really the point.

the only way is to measure the cm/360 ratio to adjust the two to each other
for aimbooster thats not really helpfull but for kovaaks trainer this can be used

This guy is Amazing
dont care about his kd. If you stalk his Vids you see that he has also 28 Kills in one Game in Blackout Solo vs Squads.Wanna see someone besides shroud on PC who can do this. His Reactions he shows in Aimbooster are absolutely BM. You can use Google Japan translater cause like it seems he uses to configs.
Both with 1000 pr and ODIN mentioned them already. I love his 800 DPI Config. its the first one where i have the feeling AA is not a problem. He has aimassist on by the way.
Title: Re: The Apex at its finest

Just tried this kids config and I have to say I'm impressed. The way aim assist allows you to pop from target to target with that quick acceleration is pretty @#$% cool.

You don't need super human reflexes, I'm playing with just bots on Nuketown. All I'm doing is holding ADS and fire on a target as soon as he expires I jerk the mouse towards where I thunk the next target may be and it pretty much sticks on them... just keep blasting lol... really interesting setup!

Definitely a unique play style, I like that! Like I said earlier, this would cut through AA and does, he was going for a PC twitch feel and I'll be Damned if he didn't nearly achieve it.

Thanks for posting.

Try this, just some minor tweaks to his setup.

Hip 1.5
ADS .85

His same curve on both Hip and Ads
800 dpi
1000 polling

Use this setup with some thing like spitfire and extended mags.. insane. Just keep your finger on the gas and go baby!

Just some fun with this type of config. Took me awhile to adjust but it's been fun to say the least. Once RML put his little twist on it, I hopped into a Mercenary TDM and went 40-3 first match, that video will be uploaded tomorrow. I find it hard to go back to my old configs now, so mjfame and RML, thanks for the hard work! LEGENDS

Whay sync does he use? Haven't got the chance to use his config yet.

The one RML posted is a modified version of matutaikis old setup (posted in october) and he's using a different sync on it.
Matutaiki uses default sync on both hip and ads on his 800 dpi setup.

His most recent setup he shared is the one on his youtube video with 3200 dpi  :)

I can't say I prefer it over my normal. But I can say I had fun playing with it. I can see why some would like this setup.

As for Destiny, yeah, it could. Especially for multiplayer. I am slightly surprised on how well 800 dpi felt with this. I also realized why some people are complaining about the screen bouncing all over.

DONOT use SYNC off with 800 DPI LOL... It can't handle it!

I tried this setup with Common, Default and SYNC off. Default felt really good as well.

I used this for one DM.

12k
Sync OFF
Smoothing 3
Both curves Ads/Hip
Hip 1
Ads 0.62
ADS delay 224 SAT on

Some fine tuning for ADS and HIP sens needed but i like it.

You can check his stats here. Pretty average imo.

Other than this guy's uncanny ability to swap and lock onto targets so quickly, the thing that stands out is he's aiming for centre of mass the whole time. I need to stop going for headshots  :o

Dude I totally agree! I'm used with Siege and I feel bad if my kills are anything else than a headshot. Trying out cod for the first time and got rekt. Probably have wrong settings too but I def need to forget HS accuracy in this game. This guy is owning and well he snaps and track great but his aim is way low like crouch/hip level that's how copper rank players aim in Siege. Time to join those guys haha

I haven't read all of mjfames thread, but this really isn't his setup IMO. It's a variable, mainly the DPI. Which I admit 800 DPI actually surprised me as well.

These types of curves have been used before by people like Mr. Ballistics. But he altered the start to give more Aim Assist. I used something similar with Destiny and shotguns on XIM4. But this guy took it another step and did a really good job with it IMO. It's not my fav. setup but it is unique and fun to play with SMG's and Extended mags.

Dr. Ballsticks let me test all of his curves back in the day (even the ones he tried charging people for) and he didn't have anything like this. The first time I saw the perfectly linear but ultra steep curves was mjfame - and I still don't think it accomplishes anything

The average is usually around 20-24% so above 30 is pretty @#$% good. Pros I think are usually around 35 maybe? Guess it depends on the pro

For some reason a I get an error when trying to paste his config. So I just copied his ballistic curves. It feels pretty good actually. But can someone tell me if he uses smoothing? I get jitter at 3200 Dpi with a G440 hard pad. This never happened to me before when using this pad. Not even at 12k DPI. Someone who succeeded copying his config, please tell me if he uses smoothing.

I know what you mean, it appears that just raising your sensitivity would accomplish the same thing. And yet, the way it handles AA feels different.

No smoothing in the config, however I found that adding smoothing (for me) helps

Those curves and 800DPI are the core of mj's setup. That's why I found his configs so odd...and memorable. Smoothing at 20 was another oddball setting.

You can see his WWII setup here (16K DPI) - https://community.xim.tech/index.php?topic=64174

Less extreme 800 DPI version here - https://community.xim.tech/index.php?topic=65974

Ballstick's added random spikes to his initial curves, he never used an extreme linear curve like this one, which is essentially just a sensitivity multiplier. He then moved towards more traditional curves over time.

We all thought mj was cray-cray at the time, but here we are...

the concept of mjfames curve is not much different to obsiv quatization curve
via the high/upscaling ballistic curve and the fairly low mouse resolution you are quantizing your ingamecorsshair speeds, this is known to increase the aim assist as your crosshairspeed vector deltas are changing less often which makes your inputs appear more like an analog stick

on the plus side a noticeably faster mouse movement will result in something similar to a minimal boost effect which helps to enter or leave the aim assist bubble

id only recommend to use this for games with a very strong aim assist where you primarily want to snap from target to target (from aim assist bubble to aim assist bubble)
games that have a low aim assist will suffer from the downside of this config, the reduced aim accuracy
Title: Re: The Apex at its finest

Dr Ballistics did some weird crap too. He experimented with steep acceleration curves and low DPI to snap between targets and abuse Aim Assist in a similar way to the video.

The problem with Ballsticks is he sold his curves and was toxic to the community, so he got banned a few times, but his approach was similarly radical.

That was mjfame's objective - to make mouse movement behave more like native controller input. Interestingly, he didn't use AA.

Ballsticks also wanted more analog-like mouse movement, but his aim was to abuse AA. It was also to win wager matches without being flagged for blatant keyboarding.

K.d alone isnt everything.
The ones that you gotta watch out for are the people with a 2.0kd and a 700+SPM thats nasty
Go on Google and type in BONE_DON infinite warfare and watch how this guys aim is. He also has a twitch with BO4 videos on it. Higher kd and snap shot aim as well.

We all thought mj was cray-cray at the time, but here we are...
He still is.

MJFame was just increasing his sensitivity via a BC so that he could use super low mouse DPI. Matutaiki is doing the same. His Hip curve just adds extreme acceleration so that the reticle is really twitchy when not ADSed. He the uses extremely low sensitivity to compensate. I have the same setup but I use RML's latest config with a hip sensitivity of 144 and no curve: it's even twitchyer than Matutaiki's! The only difference is that I don't have his accuracy or fast reaction times.

In the interests of science, I played against bots for an hour or so, swapping between RML's config and Matutaiki's. RML's feels better to me, but there's nothing wrong with Matutaiki's config either.

I think that some players are just so desperate to get a config that'll snap on target for them that they're ready to believe than any great XIM player  is great because of the crazy settings that they use. Sorry to burst your bubble guys, they're great because of their skills, not their configuration. Don't start believing in the Emperor's New Clothes.

Haven't had time to try it with different dpi or sync settings, but honestly don't know if I need to. This is a pretty dynamite setup!

Way to go matutiaki (Hope I got that right).

Two thumbs way up!

Big thanks RML for providing this for us! I can now finally find a use for the 800 DPI on my Deathadder Elite.
Also tested the configuration with default sync ... And it feels nice

Try this, just some minor tweaks to his setup.

Hip 1.5
ADS .85
ADS x/y ratio 1.25
Ads delay 400 SAT disabled.

His same curve on both Hip and Ads
800 dpi
1000 polling

Use this setup with some thing like spitfire and extended mags.. insane. Just keep your finger on the gas and go baby!

can someone just link his curves and also seperate his 3200 dpi config and 800 dpi config. If you could make a link for all 3 of those that would be great

This guy's config was the best one I used so far in Black OPS 4. Unfortunatelly,I got stutter and the acceleration was too much when I wanted to use snipers. Couldn't hit a shot to save my life. But the config was pretty good. Anyone has any idee how I could reach this setup without a ballistic curve? I tried increasing my senstivity but it doesn't quite feel as responsive. I don't understand why I get stutter  with this curve at 3200 DPI. I play on 12K dpi without any smothing and I don't get stutter at all. I admit, when I play at 12k DPI my sens doesn't feel at fast but still...
Any advice would be much apreciatted.

Have you looked at RML's config? Closest thing to this you're gonna get without a ballistic curve and at 12k DPI

Lol Cronus no recoil script lmao.

His dot doesnt even move at all simply holding down the trigger he isnt microbursting he literally never stops shooting even when switching targets, still no recoil increase when he jumps or strafes lmao.  Dudes using a curve to abuse aim assist with a no recoil script what a joke doesnt even go for headshots lmao.

His dot did too move... from enemy to enemy to enemy 😂. Dude is abusing his opponents. I tried using this setup and I can tell you that it didnt turn me into a kill machine like him but it did help with AA and the nasty bubble that we fight with as xim users. This config isnt made for everyone... there is a trade off with each config we use. We are in constant pursuit of that perfect setup and this is progress towards that. RML setups are about as balanced as they come and Im sure even he would tell you that perfection is always a moving target.

With this games netcode and due to the fact that its "online gaming Hell Yeah it is!!

I enjoyed experimenting with this setup, its unique at was fun for a change. But at the end of the day I cant use this consistently. Its just not my thing.

Well, at least your name is accurate lol... The dude in this video had a few nasty clips, but his overall gaming performance is avg at best so these are just highlights; brief moments of Godlyness. I'm sure 90% of the time he's not hitting shots like this and his recoil is all over the place. Just enjoy the video for what it is and strive to be better :)

Same here in BFV, when firing M1A1 carbine, it starts working normally at first 3~4 shots and then stuck, it cannot shot no matter how you click the mouse. You need to stop clicking for a while to continue shot.

some games have an anti-rapid fire prevention, if you click the fire button too fast (as in faster than you can click the controller shoulder button) then the weapon will lock up

Now I see why everyone on this forum tries to find the "Holy Grail" curve for the perfect aim assist. I guess is just because you are all bad. So you get impressed by this guy using a mouse on console with Aim Assist? You cant do this with a legit aimbot plus whole right hand accuracy? Whats so impressive about this? It would be great on PC, for sure, not with Aim Assist + Mouse.

I use XIM myself for 10 years, since XIM 1, Im one of the first registered users on the forums, ever, and I love XIM and Obsiv Work because it allows people with physical limitations to enjoy their gaming experience; it also allows people that was "born with a mouse" to adapt to console play.

But I will never understand people going on console with a mouse and using Aim ASsist. And even more shocking is people getting excited about a guy like this. You should all be able to do this with aim assist. This is why you dont play PC, because you cant really aim with a mouse. you use XIM just to have an advantage, not really because of being your "Prefered input device".

And just before someone says the usual "XIM is not like PC mouse behaviour"; yes I know, but it gives you enough control to beat everyone if you are good, WITHOUT Aim Assist. Dont be a cheater please. I have almost 60% Locus accuracy on Black Ops 3 PS4 and I dont use aim assist (that weapon has no AA anyway). But I played Quake on PC and I never looked to go on console to have unfair advantages.

As much as I love Obsiv, mist and XIM, for years; I hope next gen this madness ends. Devs are developing special tools to spot it anyway, I cant go on detail but soon you will know about it.

Have fun "hacking" on console (and on PC with Xim Apex for aim assist + mouse too), while you can.
