Title: [ACTIVE] Help! Everything keeps disconnecting

I have had my xim apex for over 1 week now and it was working just fine but now I can't even play any games with it because my keyboard, mouse and controller will all turn off at the same time and I don't know why.
I play on the standard Xbox one and I don't have a pc or laptop
My mouse is the Corsair Harpoon
My Keyboard is the Corsair K55
I use a few months old Microsoft Xbox one controller from Wal-Mart

Welcome to the community. Can you tell us if your XIM APEX is displaying any different light sequences when it happens?

It does not play any light sequences when this happens

If you don't see a light change the controller may not be disconnecting. You could test replacing the controller cable but I would expect yellow lights from XIM. What is likely the issue is the amount of power your setup is drawing. You can resolve this by following the steps below. Ultimately if power is at fault then adding a power adapter should help.

1) Connecting the controller direct with the console to charge for 1-2 hours
2) Charge other battery powered peripherals direct with the console as well
3) Disable LEDs on your peripherals
4) Add additional power to your setup. APEX supports power adapters using this spec and these can be found on Amazon or Ebay: 5V 3A power adapter  ([3.5mm x 1.35mm], center-positive)
5) Use low power peripherals
