Clean & Simple :)

I use a 6x2 HDMI Matrix/Splitter to switch between the consoles. It also has a optical output on the back, So I just need to switch "Channel" instead of plugging a optical cable in each console 8)

I put all my stuff into a little Ikea dolly which has castor wheels, and I just pull it up next to my chair when I play:)

I turned the bottom two trays upside down, while the top one remains in the original position to hold all my stuff.

Those flower pots you see hanging off the side are also from Ikea.

At the back I have some magnetic tins, again from Ikea. I use them to hold spare cables etc.

At the back, I've connected everything to a single power board and HDMI splitter, so I only have a single power and HDMI cable coming out, making it easy to push around when I'm vacuuming etc. I really like it:)

Here are links to all of this:

There are some nice setups in here. I'm currently setting up my 1st (legitimate) "Man Cave." I will take some pics and post when I'm done. I have kind of a theme but was curious what you guys would do if you had a room all to yourself! I want it to be dark for sure, like a theatre setting of sorts. I already painted the walls Black with blackout curtains (I game mostly during the day). I have my entertainment center and a black leather recliner. A frig for beer, water, Chinese food, etc. A lava lamp, Lol ... What I'm an 80's - 90's kid, OK! Some memorabilia stuff, sports teams, Star Wars, Gears of War, My Guitar!

So what would you guys suggest I add, seriously, don't go all ballistic please. I have money but not endless funds by any means. I just bought a 2015 Camaro for the wife so she can't complain too much!  :)

RML - http://www.cnet.com/news/best-low-lag-hdtvs-for-serious-gamers/

There's a good list of low-lag tv's for gaming.  I'd do a similar search for projectors, as the quality and price have improved drastically.

Then, if you go with a projector, you should also build some theater style seating.  basically a platform behind a couch where you can set another couch, if you expect to entertain people.

of course, a pretty awesome surround sound system, at least 2000W

search ebay for RGB LED, and you should find some remote controlled RGB strips complete with a remote, 5-10m of (I recommend the non-waterproof) self-adhering LED's, receiver, and power supply.  These things are pretty sweet and can add a lot to the room.  Never game in pitch black!  I tend to use red or blue ambient light.

I've had a few updates since last year's post (http://imageshack.com/a/img633/1502/H20AEY.jpg).

Specs are in my sig, but the video is now handled by Samsung's 65" 4k curved 7150 UHDTV (up from a 55" 1080p, which is now in my bedroom).  I wasn't really after a curved TV, but I like it now that I've had a chance to get used to it.

Audio is handled by an Emotiva preamp/processor and 5 channel amp (roughly 260-280w per channel) and Martin Logan Electrostatic speakers.  The sub is my favorite addition so far, an SVS PB12+.  Took about 80 hrs to break in, but after that and running Audessey to EQ and calibrate for the room, it sounds excellent.  Powerful yet blended.

I use the XIM4 with about any game that requires shooting routinely (SP only).  It's a God send.

Couple pics of my setup, still in progress, i need some shelving for that back wall.
And matching side stands for the desk to hold the PS4 nd PC..

The Keyboard comes off its shelf for gaming. But i like it there for fast browsing.

Also i have the intention of getting or building a gaming keypad. With that, the keyboard could probably stay there permanently, it's quite comfortable.

Don't mind the mouse mat, I've had it a long while, and i know the Pure Trak's are machine washable, but i just never have had the time to wash it and have it dried ready for my next gaming session. + I don't entirely trust that claim.

An upgrade of monitors, for some matching ones is well over due i think.

Seriously i need to burn that mouse pad before it tries to take me and my family out in the middle of the night.

How i would usually have my keyboard during gaming.

The RATS NEST!!  :'(
(http://i1292.photobucket.com/albums/b563/YESH_DALE/20151104_111118_zpsnkg3xssp.jpg)

Also why the PS4 doesn't have a couple USB ports of the back is beyond me!!! So effing annoying. I'm now just left with two random cables snaking off around the back, and down behind my desk..

Looks so vomit inducing..

You argue with the guy way more than me xD.

Thing is on my twitter account I was working the whole lion theme waay before Dale on here. I like lions, they're majestic and powerful. Who doesn't like lions dude.

I also have a similar decal of a stags head, and what of it?

I just ordered my XIM yesterday, and am looking around for ideas on my setup.

I am curious though. In some of the pictures I see only one keyboard or mouse. Is there a way to do that so I can still use mine on my computer, or will I be doing a lot of switching between my PC/Console. I do a lot of browsing of the internet while waiting for matches or just hanging out waiting for friends.

I did some more searching and noticed "USB Share" in a few threads, and then found this master thread (http://xim4.com/community/index.php?topic=35724.0). So nevermind on my question.

Hey, I know this is a "Post your XIM4 Setup" thread, but I saw it as a "My XIM4 Is Having No Issues" thread. My XIM4 is fully updated and was working fine until I received the new update. I then researched into problems that could have happened with updating and I followed to steps to resolve problems I thought were happening, but the problem still remains. My XIM4 is not connecting to the XIM4 manager. I downloaded the app from the website because people were saying that the app store version was out of date. Still had the problem connecting. I tried connecting my XIM4 to my pc to update the firmware and my pc wouldn't find the XIM4 and the solid blue light wouldn't come up when I plugged the xim4 INTO my pc. when I connect the xim4 to my phone, it finds the device, but I don't think it actually pairs with the device. When I connect to the device in the app, I get a white light then a flashing yellow light, then a solid white light until I get tired of looking at it and unplug the xim4. None of the threads I've looked up have helped me.

I'm currently making my setup for BF1.. I've left the PC and waiting for the PS4 Pro for BF1.  I was looking at gaming chairs centers where everything is attached to the chair but wow are they expensive. So I decided to build one... I'll be posting pictures soon. My wife is laughing at me but it looks nice so far she said.

She didn't like my joke too much when I said " Look it even has wheels so it's easier to move it around and vacuum".

Some pics of my spot. When we had our second child my office became a bedroom, so I switched to a mobile, height adjustable, standing desk. I've been standing while I play lately and have been sleeping and feeling better during the day. When the weather is comfortable I roll this bad boy outside and play there. So I decided to go full Lazy while playing Games for when the PS4 Pro comes out.

I've been looking at Gaming Chair units and they don't look comfortable for the price they are asking so I have decided to build one.

It's almost done. I'm still waiting for parts to make my Mouse tray and I've ordered a new split keyboard.

Besides the Chair which I spent weeks finding the perfect chair, everything I custom made. The platform is on wheels that I made from plywood 2x4's and vinyl  to cover it down to the wood table and legs.

It is comfortable as it looks and yes the chair reclines.

I got it from here.

http://matias.ca/ergopro/pc/

I also ordered blank white key caps the site so I can colour code them. They're 2 difference heights so if there is a key that I randomly hit I can change the key cap that is 3mm higher

You can bridge the 2 together with a cable but the 2 halves don't physically join. Or you can just connect 1 half of the keyboard.

The wrist support is attached and can be removed with a new one and different colours.. I played around with the keyboard last night playing some games and I have to say it's  the best keyboard to date when it comes to function and comfort.  I have yet to hook it up to the XIM4..  It should work as there is no software needed.

And this is how I've installed my Razer mouse bungee - it works so perfectly, notice how the cable doesn't touch any part of the mousepad, it's completely suspended...works brilliantly:

The built-in mousepad was absolute rubbish though. It was like pulling my mouse through mud. I just used my own mousepad. It doesn't look as good as it's not custom fitted but it works:)

No one uses their TV as a monitor? that for me would be the whole point.
I would build a lap board to put the keyboard and mouse on.

Wow, there are a lot of really cool setups in here!

This was taken a couple years ago. Things look a bit different now. Mainly new monitors and computer. Want to clean up my computer area and take an updated picture.

XD

Looking back at that old setup, I'll admit it was quite terrible in comparison to what I've seen out there since then.

Refresh for 2nd half of 2017.

I finally had enough of the messy setup, so I did some cleaning, rearranging & cable management... still needs more work though.

My setup is in a constant state of flux, especially now that I'm testing the Titan Two. I unplug it all up to 10 times a day running tests and stuff while I'm programming for the thing and testing scenarios, so I'll probably wait until the end of the year before posting my new setup! My game area looks like a bomb hit it sometimes, cables, controllers and stuff EVERYWHERE! Sometimes I find messing about with gaming hardware more fun than actually playing the games lol

Ooooohh... a Phanteks case, nice!

Wait... do I see radiators in that thing? What are the CPU/GPU temps like? Going all water cooling isn't a very good solution in the Enthoo Evolve cases... doesn't get enough airflow when you throw radiators in it, so there's a high chance you will cook your whole system.

Have a total of 8 fans in there. Yeah, i have the Corsair H115 liquid cooling. i77700 OCd to 4.5Ghz. Playing BF1 I see my CPU temps are mid 40C - low 50Cs...GPU gets up to high 50/low 60C upon load. Resting CPU is low/mid 30Cs.

I started off as a PC gamer, but have played some console games, too. The keyboard and mouse has always been most comfortable to me. The XIM4 allows me to enjoy console games in a way that feels just like using a PC.

My set-up would not complete without the CouchMaster Cycon. It is so comfortable, sometimes I forget that I am playing games on my couch with a kb + mouse :D. Also, I cannot say enough great things about nerdytec's partner, Steiger Dynamics--their customer service is second-to-none (thank you, Brian!).

Everything fits perfectly inside the CouchMaster Cycon. I have run both of the USB repeaters together as a "tether" between the gaming systems and the Cycon. It takes about 5 minutes to get everything ready to play, but it's absolutely worth it because it's so comfortable being able to be on the couch, recline while gaming, and use my keyboard and mouse.

Thank you for letting me share my set-up!

So it looks like a ton of people here actually have gaming PCs, so why don’t you guys just play on your PC instead of console? I mean PC is objectively better than console in pretty much every way afterall. I for one would definitely be playing Overwatch on PC instead of my PS4 if I had a good rig. However, I don’t want to lose my skins in Overwatch...Also I would post a pic of my setup but I’m on iPhone at the moment and I don’t know how to post a pic here on my iPhone.

here is why i personally think why most xim users don't play on pc. first reason i'd say is that most have friends on console that can't afford a good gaming pc or their friends are to scared to play on pc because of the "pc gamers all cheat" thing. the biggest reason i think is because of the advantage.

Well because NO ONE I know in person owns a gaming PC. They all own consoles. When I game on my PC I gotta game with some randoms I just met online.

Well if that’s true then that would make sense. Gaming with friends is always more fun. That would suck tho if you can’t play on your PC because your friends are all on console and won’t switch to PC. As for the advantage thing, I feel like that’s not really why people use xim. It doesn’t actually give you as big of an advantage as people think. At least not in the game I play (Overwatch) I mean sure it gives a slight advantage, but it’s not like it gives you PC M&K aim or anything. You can’t flick the mouse and do fast 180s, you’re still limited to what the analog stick can do.

when we get threads asking how to use xim on pc i'd say it def does gives some sort of advantage. it gives console players faster aim advantage and using it on pc gives you aim assist. it won't make you a god but with practice you can join lobbies and own them. i don't want to destroy this thread with the xim advantage talk tho :)

I sincerely hope no one would want to or try to use xim4 on PC Overwatch, that would literally be like shooting yourself in the foot and then trying to run/walk. And yeah sorry to bring XIM advantage discussion into this thread, this is not really the place for that.

this is what my life has become over these last fw yrs. exactly this.

you all have some sweet setups.

so i made a thread to show off the new pad before realizing that there was a megathread.. if there's a mod on forum who is reading this please delete that.

anyway here it is. i like it . keyboard is a bit dusty. hot glue on the elite controller to keep the flimsy garbage micro-usb secure etc.. x1x , apex and  benq monitor didn't make it into the picture due to the size of that monster, lol.

I have the same one. Bought it last week on RocketJumpNinja's recommendation.

me too, lol  almost purchased the extended goliathus but wanted something taller and solid black..

How are you getting on with it?

it's fantastic and the glide really is swift . i usually hold the elite controller in left hand and it has provided a nice surface to rest on.  only regret is that i didn't purchase a spare.

Setup is complete equipment wise just waiting for some behind the monitor lighting to show up.

Cable management is happening a little bit but needs more. But we have in this area a self-built gaming PC, laptop, printer, speakers, XIM, 5 pairs of headphones, desktop headphone DAC, desktop headphone AMP, PS4 Pro + controller, printer, router, USB Switch, FIOS box, etc.. even the mouse pad has a USB cable for the lights. Oy. I'd have to unplug everything and start screwing stuff up underneath my desk to get it right. Maybe one day.

Battlestation!

I have this on my tentative wish list https://goo.gl/LQpPWK although I'm still shopping around. My max budget is like $400 in a few months

That looks perfect. It’s amazing how pre-built desks never ergonomically fit the person, custom is the way to go.
so true
I couldn't find any I really liked, so I had to build it.
I'm about 2 months into my build and I'm putting on the last bit of finish next week.  I hope to have it all set up in the next 2 weeks.
(aka more photos once that is done)

Little update
Desk is up but not fully set up.

I made this using an IKEA kitchen work top. Over two metres long. I needed something big to accommodate my low mouse sensitivity. And taking up so much room in oro bedroom I attendeds the deal with the wife by adding some yarn storage underneath

I'm quite proud of it, although I'm a bit limited by space.
Having said that, Tabor Hill games from within a cupboard, so I shouldn't complain! ;)

Figured I would post my setup, since someone was nice enough to iink this thread for me.  Beware, I'm a cheapskate ;D .  I set out with one goal in mind- set up a comfortable gaming station for as cheap as possible, because I was sick of sitting on the couch using the TV. Once I ordered the Xim, I realied that I had nowhere to actually USE it... up to that point, I had been playing with a controller and either sitting in a fold-up chair in front of the TV or on the couch.

All in all, I'm VERY happy with it. This is the first time I've ever had a dedicated spot to play, and BOY, does it make a difference... And I'm not going to lie, I also really enjoy seeing how cheaply I can accomplish something without sacrificing quality. I doubt I could have set up this rig any cheaper.

So, the setup-

-Xbox One S (actually a Minecraft edition, 1TB... FB Marketplace, $200 New In Box, around 2 years ago)

-Western Digital My Passport Ultra 4TB USB 3.0 external HDD. Price- $2. :) (I found it brand new, unopened in the trunk of a car at the junkyard... They charged me the standard "found item" fee ($4), minus 50% discount because my ex-roommate works there and 50% is the friends and family discount)

-Console is connected directly to one of the Ethernet ports on my router via a 14' CAT6 cable. World of difference wired vs WiFi, BTW.

- I've got everything running on one GE surge protector. (Xbox, Monitor, speakers), along with my printer and a battery charger for my vape.

-Xim Apex, using the factory XB1 controller that came with the One S. (Amazon Prime with free 2 day shipping. $122.49 ($124.99 minus the 2% I get back with Amazon Prime by using my debit card to reload Amazon balance)

-Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum mouse. $45 from Best Buy.

-Logitech G203 Prodigy keyboard. $28.40 from Best Buy- I got them to price match an online retailer, and I also received a military discount at checkout.

-HP Omen 24.5 gaming monitor. 144Hz, 1ms response time, AMD Freesync enabled. Best Buy has them on sale for $189.99. I received a 10% military discount on top of that, so I played around $175 after taxes.

-Speakers- Cyber Acoustics CA-3602FFP off of Amazon. Two pods, each with two drivers in a ported housing, as well as a mid-range/sub underneath the desk. They also have a control pod with an aux input for phone, ect. They're powered via a wall outlet, and draw input from the 3.5mm audio jack on the monitor. $38, free kne day shipping.

-Turtle Beach Elite 800X wireless surround sound headset. I THINK I paid around $175 for them somewhere online a year and a half or so ago.

-(back up, haven't used it yet) Sony PS3 NavCon and Nyko "chargelink" cable. $3 for the NavCon, $11 for the cable. Both bought at Gamestop.

-XB1 Elite controller. I paid the standard Gamestop Rewards price. I imagine I'll still use this for racing games and offline play

-Desk and chair- Both are from OfficeMax, "realspace" brand. The Desk is a glass top two level, Merido model. The chair is a Harrington 2 in burgundy leather. Both were on sale marked WAY, WAY down... the desk for $117 (reg. $220), the chair for $114 (reg. $200), plus a 10% military discount. After tax, it was around $222 for both. I actually went up there originally to get a gaming chair that showed in stock, but after I sat in their demo, k mo longer wanted it. It felt like sitting on a pile of bricks.  I was also going to originally get an Atlantis gaming desk off of Amazon, but got the glass top instead. It was cheaper,  had more space, and looked nicer as well.

-"Business solutions" keyboard wrist rest, also from Office Max. $7.50.

-"Glorious Gaming" mouse wrist pad from Amazon, $13.50.

-AmazonBasics mouse pad, $5.50. (While functional, I'll be upgrading. I've got my eye on the hard surface Logitech G440 that's supposedly designed for high DPI gaming. Another option I ha w in mind is the G840 XL, just because I think the huge surface will help me out- I've discovered that I dont like lifting the mouse)

Aside from the mouse pad, my only other plans as of now are do so something for cable management so it doesn't look so cluttered behind the desk, and I think I may wire up some RGB led strips to the back edge of the desk glass, simply for looks while I'm playing. I have the studd laying around already along with an RBG controller. My hope is to match the lighting effects of the keyboard and mouse.

Doesn’t look pretty, does it? But it’s a great bit of kit. I have my ping filter set to 30 ms and distance to ~500 miles and very rarely get connection problems (uk).

Looking forward to netduma OS!

Here’s my current XIM Apex setup. It’s pretty good but I kinda want to get a deeper desk and without a glass top. It’s a little sharp on my forarms while gaming.

XBOX One X
500GB SSD
XIM Apex (Placed in the middle with a USB extension so I can see my profiles. The hub and cables just freeweight dangle from it lol)
Samsung 28” 4K 1ms Monitor (They sell it at Costco)
GPRO Mouse and Keyboard (Custom mouse bungee with cable tie anchor on side of monitor lol)
Steel Series QCK PAD
Turtle Beach XO One Headset (Sounds pretty good with the windows sonic sound which turtle beach recommends using for best competitive play)
PEDS of choice on left (Performance Enhancing Drinks)

My current apex setup is pretty much complete at this point. I probably need to do some better cable management, but with the amount of space and the type of desk I currently have to work with at the place I am living this is pretty much as good as it will get :). I'm still happy enough with it. I have great components and I'm very satisfied with the performance I am getting. Just not as aesthetically pleasing as I would like.

My minimal, portable TV XIM setup with an Xbox One S:

XIM Apex
G303 mouse
G13 gameboard
Steelseries Dex mousepad
Ikea Svartasen laptop stand

This setup is hidden under a table when not in use.

Fired up BFBC2 today for old time's sake and was surprised to find a full server!

Don’t you run out of room to move the mouse on that small pad? If i used a pad that small it would be impossible to do a 180 or 360 so i use this https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/31gYjvCVMLL._SX466_.jpg

Never had any problems, I guess I play on high sens and also when I move my mouse I move it in a quarter circle, if that makes sense. I dont move left to right, I move it more in a downward circle motion (So kind of spining the mouse downward giving me a "straight" line in game but the left and right side of the mouse is turning towards me). Kinda hard to explain. I hold my mouse with 2 fingers only (thumb and ringfinger) and click with the two inbetween. Pinky finger I have on the mousemat to adjust resistance/sensitivity in movements.

this is my first real post on here. just got my xim a few days ago. i got everything setup, updated to the latest firmware with app as well. loving it. super cheap janky folding table will do until i find something that i like. it gets the job done. i used a little balsa wood shim between the apex and filing cabinet to support the apex. it felt wobbly and unsettling. shoutout to everyone who helped me with the firmware update, ballistic curve and all the other settings. thank you.

New streaming setup is almost...umm...setup. Excuse the over-gunned LED lighting, I had to crank it up to avoid bleaching the screens in the photo.

I decided the new 27L (7G) fish tank wasn't the smartest idea sitting in the middle of $10K+ of gaming equipment, so I took a quick snap before ripping that sucker outta there and moving it to a safer location  :o

A few retro consoles to drop into the spare shelves and the dishes are done. I'd love to slot a backlight into the Pip-Boy display, but that's beyond my meagre electronics skillz.

Upgrade time...

43" 4K 120Hz Asus screen replaces the 32" 1080p Bravia. It's set it to ultrawide 3840 x 1440 for PC gaming and 4K for PS4. This may be replaced with a Samsung Odyssey G9 49" 240Hz 5120 x 1440 screen by year's end, depending on console specs and requirements.

CoolerMaster ControlPad has been added to XIM APEX / Titan Two setup for on-the-fly digital input &/or a macro-pad. GoPro Hero 5 + Lume Cube Air replaced the Razer Kiyo as the hand cam to reduce video lag in OBS.

A second HDMI matrix needs to be wired into the shelves for a Nintendo Switch and a few retro consoles, so it's not quite complete, but is getting there.

The kids go back to school in a week, so I'll start streaming again very soon. J2K at ConsoleTuner is working on something for OBS which I'm hoping to showcase asap.

256 gig Team Group NVME boot drive.
4 TB Seagate USB 3.0 external "game drive".

Wow some of you have some nice setups. I will be truthful about mine its messy, so I'm not showing lol. I do lots of modding. But I will tell what my setup consist of. I use N52TE I have two one with cherrie red mod and one with reds and analog also. And I use the Asus gladius 2 mouse for it's great shape, sensor, and the fact that I can replace switches easy without soldering like I had to do with the G9X.

I will say that of my two pads I do prefer wasd instead of analog stick. But if I really stuck with it maybe it would grow on me.

Hello Antithesis, I have had conversations with you on another site where you helped me with coding. I saw your setup and seen you are left handed. Nice setup. I also saw the modular controll pad you are using. Can you give a quick review on the quality of it and if it works with XIM. I will assume yes being you are on this site. Also one more the split keyboard will it work with XIM? I have disability and can not use just any controller. Thanks for any reply.

Hey Scope, the Ergodox EZ split kb works on XIM APEX, but it's very expensive. I use it mostly for work but can swap the right half of it across the desk to play console games. USB switching from Mac to XIM APEX is very reliable (unlike Windows 10) so swapping between devices is very simple.

The gamepad is an Azeron Compact. There's a thread dedicated to Azeron here - https://community.xim.tech/index.php?topic=71861. Azeron is right up there with XIMs and Titans in terms of the best console gaming purchases I've made. It's 3D-printed, so it lacks the finish of a mass-produced product, but it looks and feels hand-crafted and works great with XIM is almost every game (I prefer a kb for building in Fortnite).

The smaller keypad is a CoolerMaster ControlPad. More info here - https://community.xim.tech/index.php?topic=86547.0. ControlPad's main feature is the analog switches, but it relies on PC software for analog mode. Digital (WASD) mode works on both XIM APEX and Titan Two. Titan Two can pass it through to XIM APEX in analog mode from PC via KMG Capture. Build quality is excellent and it's great if you want a small keypad for console gaming, but the workaround for analog input is expensive (PC and T2, as well as XIM APEX).

I prefer to use an Azeron for analog input and the ControlPad for digital input. Both can be connected to XIM APEX at the same time, but a power adapter is required, as well as a larger USB hub. I currently chain a couple of XIM APEX USB hubs, but have bought a Belkin powered mini 7-port USB hub to replace it (waiting for delivery).

That... is a lot of stuff!

I’m not surprised, as you’ve commented on your kit (and helped me with mine) many times, but, dang, six screens? It looks like you could launch satellites from there, dude!

Some quality tech you’ve got. I especially like the chair. I’m looking for a fully loaded Herman Miller Aeron on eBay, right now, but I’m patiently waiting for a bargain.

Only a photo of one of your kids? You should love them all equally, antithesis! ;)

Two screens, an iPad and a Google Home Hub Max. I use that mostly for family photos, Google Music, voice Google searches and streaming YouTube or Twitch while working on the Mac.

By the way, I got ControlPad working in analog mode via KMG Capture on Titan Two. Analog is better than a Wooting (not as shallow) but it’s no Azeron. Really nice keypad, but I’d rather a lefty Orbweaver.

Good work. So to go analogue I’d have to buy a ControlPad and a T2? In your opinion, is it worth it?

It’s not worth it. The ControlPad has great build quality, but I can’t imagine it’s selling well and likely won’t be supported for long.

I play mostly with Azeron these days and find the keypad pretty limiting by comparison. It’s good if I want to swap to WASD or use it as a macro-pad with T2, but I would rather use the Ergodox for the thumb cluster. An analog mod for Orbweaver or Tartarus would probably be the best option for right-handers.

Full-sized pics - https://imgur.com/a/oxOGIZ7 (https://imgur.com/a/oxOGIZ7). Right-click the images and open in a new tab.

Update time - it's not quite finished, but it's getting there and should be done & dusted within a few weeks (still waiting for some components on order).

It's hard to fit everything into the one shot given the tight confines of the nook. For scale - the desk is 6', the left screen is 27", right is 43".

All consoles, PC and Mac are connected to both screens via 2 x HDMI 2.0 matrices and some HDMI & DisplayPort splitters. Audio is piped into an Astro MixAmp, GoXLR and Creative X7 DAC/AMP. Audio pipes out to Fidelio X2 (via X7) & Fidelio X3 (via GoXLR) cans and Logitech Z5500 5.1 speakers (via X7) mounted under the desk and on the half-wall behind the setup. The MixAmp feeds audio cues to a SubPac S2 on the rear of the Aeron chair and Nanoleaf panels in responsive audio mode.

The enormous quantity of cable spaghetti is managed behind the shelving unit and on the rear of the Zen Space Desk, which can easily swap between seated and standing modes without snagging. A few rogue cables show here and there, but that's unavoidable for the 3 x streaming camera & multi-light setup, all of which are mounted on the desk.

Total overkill, but we all need a hobby...

Better perspective of the desktop and FragPedal Quads on floor. Gaming PC is mounted under the left side of desk. Mac Mini and eGPU for work are on the right.

The XIM and streamy bits. The iPad mount will be replaced in a week or two with a 24" PlayStation 3DTV 1080p display that I haven't used in awhile.

Not the best shot, but consoles, handhelds, controllers, mice, keyboards, spare cables, games, camera rigging, mics, USB switches, network switch, HDMI matrices etc are all stored in this sucker.

The metal thing next to the Fallout helmet is the PS5 mount, to be hung from the right of the shelves. That'll mess with the Feng Shui, but I can't access the disk drive with the PS5 on the shelf (the console is freaking huge). A Nintendo Switch will move to the PS5 shelf.

PS & Xbox console and controller management. I also need to hang a Switch Pro, Nacon Compact and a couple of modchipped Titan DualSense and Series X controllers that should arrive soon.

I. Hate. Cables. I can’t be any clearer about that. There are dozens of power cables and dozens upon dozens more USB, HDMI, optical, ethernet, audio, controller and lighting cables in the mix. It had the potential for cable spaghetti, but I managed to get it under control.

It’s all bundled up neatly at the back of the desk and in a power box built into the desk. More cables feed out via white cable wraps on either side of the desk that are long enough to allow the desk to raise and lower.

Fun fact - the left table leg has failed and won’t remain in a standing position. I get to pull the whole desk down to replace the leg, just to rebuild it again…

I can see the photos. I'm logged into Google and have Google Photos setup, so maybe that's needed?!?

Ah that's probably it. I've never actually used google photos before. I had my google mainly because of youtube and then later some documents/spreadsheets.

Yes, I can also see the photos with the help of the links.

Your setup looks amazing! I love the clean and organized desk space, and the choice of peripherals and lighting adds a really cool vibe to it. It must be a great gaming and work environment. Kudos. (https://vancedyoutube.org/)
