Title: XIM 4 Manager Artifacting [Samsung Tab 4]

I keep having this issue with XIM4's manager on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.

I've cleared both cache and data for the XIM and uninstalled and reinstalled.

This is what it looks like.

What should I do? I feel like I've exhausted every option there is.

I've also cleared the tablet's cache partition via Recovery menu.

It also did this with the XIM4E's manager back in the day.

This is known unfortunately so Tab was put on the incompatibility list. Its a bug in the UI framework we are using. Strangely some people with the same hardware does work though. I don't know what the difference is. But our UI framework provider knows about the issue so we will pick up the fix when they fix it.

Sorry about that. Its a nice device. From the bug log it looks like there are some instabilities with the Tab's OpenGL graphics driver that's causing this.

I reported the same problem. The issue is with the samsung galaxy tab 4 7.0 tablets. I took mine back to Bestbuy and the samsung rep told me the 7 inch does not have the mirroring cabilities that the 8 inch has due to them trying to keep the price point low. I upgraded to the samsung galaxy tab 4.0 8 inch and it's working fine.

Looks like after my Tablet updated, the problem no longer exists. It even worked before my XIM updated as well.

Glad to see this working now  8)

So you have a Tab 4 that had display problems and now it's working after Samsung pushed out an update?

Yes, correct. I have the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 White (SM-T230NZWAXAR)

Can anyone else with a Samsung Tab can now use it?
