I just got my XIM apex today and Iím trying to get it to work with my Xbox one, I watched a video and followed everything step by step, I made a config for fortnite and when I press on a key I see it respond on the app on my phone but the keyboard and mouse wonít work in game

Welcome to the community. Do you see a console/controller icon at the top of Manager? This would be needed for passthrough to work.

In the meantime let's try a hard reset, it can sometimes fix this issue. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 15 seconds. Once off unplug the power cable to the console for 60 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and power on the console. Attach all peripherals to XIM then connect XIM to the console.

Note that removing the power cable while off has been reported as necessary by some users.

Yes I do see the controller symbol, but Iíll try the hard reset and let you know how it goes. Thank you!
