Ok this just started to happen and up until yesterday this error:

Warning: Your mouse USB report rate is less than Xim Apexs Report rate. Expect poor aiming performance.

Now couple things first.

Mouse: G502 Proteus spectrum set at 1000mhz

2: I just started to have this issue. Mouse firmware is up to date and so isnt my Xim and Manager.

Suggestions? Ive done the pull it out reset mouse put it back in restart console YADDA YADDA YADDA and same thing.

Does this message go away if you move or click the mouse after startup? If so this is normal an not an issue. If you're using a switch or extension remove these to troubleshoot.

No everything is directly connected and I double checked to make sure the polling on the mouse is set at 1000mhz.

When I unplug it and plug it back in for a split second it says 1000 and then bounces back to have the error icon.

Thanks. There may be an issue with the mouse or setup. You can lower APEX's response rate then reboot APEX to accommodate your mouse polling rate. To troubleshoot against the issue testing another mouse capable of 1000hz could help. You should also verify the mouse is set to onboard memory in LGS before making adjustments to the mouse.

Testing the mouse on a PC that does not have LGS installed would help the most. This would tell us if your mouse is really running at 1000hz when not using a PC with LGS.
