You should never have a problem with a Samsung phone (let alone an S8). I don't think it's a general problem with the S8 since we'd be seeing more about it on here.

What error are you seeing in Manager when it fails?

Saw recent vid on DPI settings.  Have implemented the recommended DPI range along with BETA.  Results are very good.  Played well into the early am.

Thanks for great product.  I'm hooked.  My back up Xim apex is coming next week!   ;D

more precise than the old version with the same settings. Maybe I can lower the xim sensitivity a little.

I just ran a test on my wife's S8 and couldn't reproduce the issue. I tried many scenarios to recover from forced failures (such as pulling XIM APEX as the phone is connecting).

One thing I noticed on the S8 is that when you enable Bluetooth it comes up with a list of devices to connect to automatically. You want to cancel this -- do not connect to your XIM APEX through this. Could this be the problem you are hitting?

Might not be the right thread for this, but have you further looked into allowing us to manually set walk speed?
Having this ability would be awesome because every game has different mechanics and one walk speed doesn't fit all.

Even better would be to have two binds available with separate adjustable speeds, which would be amazing for FPS games like Siege. One setting could be for walking quieter, and the other for making extremely small left stick movements which is hard without an analog thumbstick.

I've noticed that the current walk speed is OK for Siege, although not perfect. However when trying to make precise left stick movements you tend to move a lot further than you're planning to.

Custom walk speed is a fairly common request and we are tracking it for a future release.

In the interim, custom walk and strafe speeds can be accomplished via a script. The speed can be applied to both X & Y axes to allow for both slow walking and corner peaking.

Thanks, I was somewhat aware of that but unfortunately I don't currently have the hardware to support scripts.
