[RESOLVED] keyboard and mouse not working at all

hello all - i flashed my xim and updated firmware and follow the steps per the video. My keyboard or mouse are not lightin up or working - my xim changes colors when i change it on the phone app but that is about it - no signal to the keyboard / mouse - controller is lit up and works fine

figured it out its my new keyboard bcK LIGHT - any idea how to turn steel series light off? using back up keyboard til then

Thank you for updating your thread. I don't know how to turn the backlight off, you may be able to with software or it may be explained in the keyboard user manual. You may be able to continue using this keyboard by adding additional power. APEX supports power adapters using these specs and can be found on amazon and ebay.

5V 3A power adapter  ([3.5mm x 1.35mm], center-positive)

I figured it out if anyone ever has this issue. Keyboard and mouse have lights b/c esports and they take up too much power. I had to plug my keyboard into a computer update the firm ware then I was able to turn the back light off. I am using steelseries products
