Roccat Leadr compatibly issues
« on: 10:41 AM - 03/15/18 »
The Roccat Leadr doesn’t work with Xim4 in wireless mode. In wireless mode it looks up and spins left. Is this issue solved with Xim Apex? I really like this mouse and need to use it in wireless mode. I have already bought two Xim Apex for a few friends and I am hoping to buy another for myself hoping the firmware supports this mouse. Thanks for helping.

Hello, this question interests me too.
For the XIM4, with one of the older firmware (I do not remember the number) the problem described in wireless does not exist, like what it is the last firware that is problematic.

The real problem with the leadr is that it is not possible to load a profile without being connected to a computer. The only solution is to leave the default profile.
Unfortunately with this default profile, some buttons are not recognized by the XIM4. The problem is that on the XIM4 does not recognize the buttons assigned to, I do not know how to say, an "exotic" name.

Example: scroll-up is recognized so asignable on the xim4, but the wheel that has a name in the genre "Wheel-up" (it's not that but I forgot) is not recognized by the XIM4 so not assignable.

The software should recognize them. I do not know if the xim team can do it.

I do not know if the Xim Apex recognizes these "exotic" names, but I'll soon know, I just ordered one.

I really hope that these buttons will be recognized by default, and at worst that the team xim can possibly do something about this new product.

I would tell you marinetroics.

Sorry for english i'm using google translation.

Would you be interested in helping add support for this device? If so please send in a device log so that it could be looked at for support in the future. Here are instructions on how to capture the log, the steps are the same with APEX aside from the link to the tool.

Is anyone with this mouse able to reassign the fin button on the mouse to standard unused keyboard keys in the mouse software? Otherwise does it help if you unassigned each joystick axis in your game config?

The problem with the viewfinder disappears by disabling the axis of the left stick actually!

Thank you I do not know if it had been said, if it is the case sorry for the inconvenience, yet I thought I looked very well.
