[Q/A] FedEx Issue

Hello, So short story is FedEx have failed to deliver my package on time not once but 3 times and I am now getting my Xim apex 4 days later from the original Scheduled delivery date which was Monday 12/03/17. A lady from FedEx rang and said that to get my money back for shipping i have to contact the sender as FedEx do money back guarantee if they fail on Scheduled delivery dates even by 60 seconds. If any one can help me that would be nice thank you

You can use the Contact Us link off the main page and open a request. They can give you pointers about how to file a claim against FedEx for failing to deliver your shipment.

okay thank you
