This is bad with all the information and description to how to connect the xim4 with the phone and I still have the solid white light on the device you guys should give easy and active solution for that but instead of that you keep posting things that don't help anything so can I refined my money because the device are garbage I try 4 phones two iPhones and two Android phones and still the device don't connect
Note : you guys should test and work every single device so you don't get any problem from people that they purchase the device.

I had (still have) issues connecting it to PC, but other than that it's been smooth for me. Please keep at it, it's worth it. I've had mine for years with minimal issues.
Setup: XIM4, Titan Two, Sony Nav, Logitech G502, SteelSeries 4HD mousepad, DXRacer armrest, LucidSound LS30 headphones, Netduma router, Ubiquiti UniFi AP LR wireless access point

every device is tested before purchasing to ensure everything is working

your white light means your xim config got currupted, so all you need to do is download the following firmware and then:
- hold p button on the xim while plugging it into the pc, if done correctly the xim will show constant blue light
- start the flashtool from the link and click factory reset

now everything should work again

So it's been about 4 hours and there is no support contact me so what should I do threw it in the garbage I should get my money back cuz they sell garbage devices that doesn't work on anything people keep telling me update the firmware how I going to update it and I just downloaded on the phone so it should be when I download something and going to come up with a newest update in it already.

No offense but you sound like a spoiled brat. Can you tell me how many small companies that you know of that has less than say 5 people provide 24/7 customer support? When I replied it was like midnight on the east coast.

There are a ton of great, UNPAID contributors here that would gladly help but I can assure you they were probably as turned away by your attitude as I was.

Welcome to the community. The suggestion that Od1n had is the correct one. Please do a Factory Reset on your XIM4 described here: http://xim.tech/latest. After this, we will know you are up-to-date and able to troubleshoot the issue better if it still exists.
