Sucks to hear you're not gaming much these days, but awesome you're still part of the community! GDuck is the desk that Roads created built with the same dimensions that you provided on page 1? For some reason, his desk looks like its bigger.

I'm looking to get started on building this desk this Tuesday.  GDUck are you on the Xim Discord?

I don't know if roads made the exact same desk. He was a modder, so without him chiming in I could not say. I am not on the discord.

The desk I made served me very well. The main changed people made send to be revolving around the cut out for fitting in a chair or around you. I think if you stay close to the original dimensions you will be fine.

You mentioned earlier that you were going to try building the desk out with Plywood.  I'm considering doing the same, what kind of ply would you use?

I did make one out of ply.  It was 1/2" russian birch.  8 or 9 ply.

I used to have a cabinet shop.  The plywood we got was weird.  5 feet wide by 5 feet tall.  Smelled like popsicle sticks.  Lowes and home depot have similar stuff, but its more American sized like 2'x4'.  Just check the plys.  The better stuff has more.

I got plenty of inspiration from this thread, kudos for sharing so much.
My project is quite different from the direction you took, but I wanted to share my end result
