In this case if you have a headset attached to your controller then I recommend enabling the audio compatibility mode located in the identity section of your config. If this doesn't help then you may want to hard reset the console in order to clear it's memory.

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 15 seconds. Once off unplug the power cable to the console for 60 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and power on the console. Attach all peripherals to XIM then connect XIM to the console.

Note that removing the power cable while off has been reported as necessary by some users.

Do you have the same issue when creating a new config without pasting the old config? No, this isn't a common issue with the G13 and nothing immediately comes to mind aside from a config issue.

Thank you for clarifying. In that case let's try a hard reset, it can sometimes fix this issue.

Yes, it's a game issue if you're not assigning lean to scroll wheel actions or if your keyboard has rollover support. These two things could cause the issue you described in any game.

It should feel the same unless one sensor has inherit acceleration or other tools that the other doesn't.

Welcome to the community. Please verify the in-game settings are correct, these are required for optimal performance.

XIM shouldn't affect the framerate as it's a controller passthrough and is limited to what a controller can do. Movement could be off for a few different reasons though. Please verify that you're using the correct in-game settings, these are required for optimal performance.

Welcome to the community. Do you see a console/controller icon at the top of Manager? This would be needed for passthrough to work.

In the meantime let's try a hard reset, it can sometimes fix this issue. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 15 seconds. Once off unplug the power cable to the console for 60 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and power on the console. Attach all peripherals to XIM then connect XIM to the console.

Welcome to the community. Is the mouse working in a game? If so which keyboard brand/model are you using?

Welcome to the community. XIM must show a solid blue light before you can use the flash tool. There are instructions on how to use the flash tool in the latest download thread. You can find the latest firmware below. Please read the instructions on the download page.

Welcome to the community. You're in the right place, we provide help here in the support forum. Could you share what console you're playing on? If you're playing on PS4 you may need to verify the communication method is set to USB if this option is available to you.

Settings > Devices > Controllers > Communication Method

What are you wanting to do? You mentioned wanting to turn the lights off, did you mean you don't want the keyboard to start with lighting? If so you may want to try connecting the keyboard to a PC then using the keyboard software to disable lighting on the default or startup profile for the keyboard.

Yes, by default you would need to hold sprint while sprinting to keep the aux page active. You could change this to toggle but I don't recommend it. If you were to die while in the AUX sprint page then you could respawn with it active, then when you sprint it would toggle the AUX page off. It will be easier to keep this in sync holding sprint instead of toggling it.

There is also an issue with leaning in Siege where some lean presses don't register. This is effects controller users as well. You can avoid some of these missed presses by waiting a short time after ADSing before you lean and not leaning left/right rapidly.

Welcome to the community. If others cannot hear you then you may have push to talk enabled. This is located in the identity section of your config. Unassign this or use the button the feature is assigned to if you would like others to hear you.

About your lighting issue, I don't know that your lighting profiles stick with the keyboard without using the CUE software on PC. You can connect the keyboard to the PC and verify that the lighting profile you want is set to the default profile. If this doesn't help then they keyboard may not be cable of this. Hopefully other users with the keyboard can comment.
