Welcome to the community. First, pairing is not performed in bluetooth settings, it's only performed in the app.

Is APEX paired with any other devices? Most of the time iOS issues can be solved by toggling bluetooth and airplane mode off then on again in both bluetooth settings and in action center. Try this, reboot your phone, turn off your APEX, then retry the pairing process. There is a pairing example five minutes into this video.

Hi,
I already connect the xim apex with my iphone. The xim apex is shown as connected in the bluetooth setting. But when try to connect with manager app it shown this error ‘write failure’. And when i try to connect it second time, it says bluetooth radio off. What this error means??? Already update the xim apex firmware. Also try the factory reset and uninstall the manager app but still same error occur. Can anyone help me???
